Augusta Tuohy is a partner who practices in all areas of general practice with particular emphasis on conveyancing, family law and litigation, including personal injuries claims. She has extensive experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing, related tax issues and commercial leases.

Augusta attained a Bachelor of Corporate Law degree and Bachelor of Laws from National University of Ireland Galway. She qualified as a Solicitor in the Michaelmas term of 2006. She joined Michael Moran & Company in 2013 having worked in general practices in Wicklow and Mayo.

Seamus O’Brien is a partner who engages in all areas of general practice including estate administration, drafting of wills and estate planning with associated tax advice. He also has a wide range of experience in conveyancing transactions and licensing matters.

Seamus studied at National University of Ireland Galway and obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Bachelor of Laws Degree. A native of Castlebar, he undertook his traineeship with Michael Moran & Company and qualified as a Solicitor in the Hilary term of 2016.

Patrick Moran is a consultant solicitor with over 50 years in practice. He engages in all areas of general practice and has a particular interest in personal injuries.
He has extensive interest and knowledge in matters of conveyancing, probate and all areas of litigation, both criminal and civil.

Patrick attended the Law Society of Ireland and he undertook his training in the office of Michael Moran & Company

He qualified as a solicitor in the Easter term 1972. He has worked with the office of Michael Moran & Company since qualifying and is now the senior solicitor in the office.
